wheel question and tire worth ?

ok first of all will 15" wheels fit on a k20 its got a d44 up front and a 14bolt sf in the rear then if so what offset for 33x12.5x15

then my new neighbor came over today said he had a set of 33x12.5x15 bf all terrains with about 10,000 on them how much are these worth/what would u offer him/what would u want if these were urs?

yes with some grinding up front, clear no problem in the rear. 8-10" wide rim, typical backspacing 3.5-4.5" the smaller the backspacing the less to grind on the calipers. no more than $100 each, offer $300, as was said.
