Okay, Ill admit it, I cant stand the staggered track width of my K5 (stock 10bolts). Im thinking of adding wheel spacers in the back. Ive heard all the horror stories, but want to get the read deal scoop on them

1) DO they put any undo wear or stress on the axles ,housing, bearings, etc

2) What size to make the back match the front

3) What company makes quality spacers that work.

thanks.

They will put more stress on your wheel bearings. It is the same stress as if you had a really deep rim (one with minimal backspacing). I think if the rim isnt to deep then it is fine, but if you already have a super deep rim and add a spacer then you are creating a lot of stress. To make the rear match the front you will need 1.5 inch spacers. I have heard good things about the spidertrax ones. These newer one peice ones are fine IMO, just make sure and keep them tight.
