Wheel spacers

Does anyone run the wheel spacers shown in the review section.... On a 10 bolt that is. I'm interested in them but I'm wondering how much stress they put on the axle itself. Anyone have any trouble with them?

I have them on my 12 bolt and they work great, had them for a year or so and 2 trips to Tellico and one to Tiftonia, no problems at all

I don;t know anyone that runs them but those things look like they could take some hammering on. If they are as tough as they look I say go for it. I was thinking bout those myself, never have liked the offset in the back.

I had wondered about using 1 1/2" wider tires on the rear.

I posted this question once, and they only concern raised was about inability to rotate the tires.

Duallys have a wider track in back than in front. I still wonder why I couldn't just get a wider rear tire.

I also thought I saw one state (NJ) restricition that side tires must be same size.

Anyone ever try this? I'd really like to know before investing in a stupid idea

My uncle rides with 10" rims rear and 8" rims front. Looks great!! Maybe it wont help a sagging blazer-butt to loose whatever hight a 10" rim eats upp?? But it is nice to not have the rear tires way under the midle of the truck. I get my spacers next week. Cant wait!!

You would have to run a 3" wider tire because it would give you 1 1/2" on each side of the wheel so it would be even then. Example: 31x10.50's up front and 31x13.50 in back.

Im with depdog. I run them on my 12 bolt and have had no problems. Make the blazer look better too.

Mudfrog, I'm glad to see your having fun, damn it, it's FRIDAY!! I used your logic and it seems to hold true under one condition. Meaning the back-spacing would have to be enough to leave the mounting face of the rim right in the middle of the rim. Back-spacing other than that would throw off your equation. Yes, I'm a math geek! (And proud of it)
