Okay I'm putting 8 lug hubs on my 10 bolt, so I picked up a set of Dana 44 8 lug hubs off of a 1980 something F250 from a buddy.

So here is where I'm in question. From what I've found so far the f250 Dana 44 wheel stud is a 1/2-20 thread pitch with a .609 knurle diameter

Now I want to just put the regular wheel studs for a K20 in. Just the 9/16-18 .625 knurle diameter.

So wil I be able to just press those larger diameter wheel studs in with no problem. That's roughly .016 tighter press fit.

I found a stud that's very similar with a .620 knurle, would it be better to go with that one?

.016 don't seem like much...although I have read about some guys having issues with the hubs cracking later on.
there is a few threads on the subject, but good luck finding them.

Yea I just said screw it and found a GM set on Craigslist for a good deal.

Sometimes having to get special order little stuff just gets old. I draw the line at needing some odd ball wheel stud.
