wheel stud troubles...maybe

so u just want a flat out picture of the wheel sittin by itself not on the truck or anything? and then the lugnuts?

Yep, then we'll school you on what's right and wrong with your wheels or lug nuts. Also what are you torquing them too? Please tell me that you are torqing them on and not just tightening them, steel wheels are easy enough to just tighten but aluminum is a much different animal.

That might be your problem right there. You only have a 7/16-18 stud and you are torquing to 120 ft-lbs. My 9/16-18 studs are supposed to be torqued to 130 ft-lbs with no lube.

By torqueing to 120ft-lbs you are yeilding the studs and they are breaking.

I will find a chart to show the proper torque based on stud size.

Yes you have. Like was already said, my 9/16 x 18 studs with aluminum wheels only torque to 115 lbs.
