Buy spacers with studs and you can run it as is. That’s what I’m doing with the H2’s
my spacers have studs also..on H2s
You can buy 4 1.5" spacer off Amazon cheaper that 16 3" studs.

There's several different knurl diameters and lengths. I am just running rear dually studs all the way around on my blazer. The rear ones are from Napa and worked perfect but one or two have a loose fit in the pressed in part and my front ones are from CARQUEST and were too long so I had to trim them a little shorter. They also didn't have enough threads when I went to thinner steel wheels so I had to run a die down each one.
