At the risk of sounding like a total noob idiot, my wheel won't come off my Blazer...
I have taken off all 6 nuts and the wheel won't budge...what's up?:dunno:

Sit on the gound and kick it with both feet. Still wont come off, kick it harder.

Used to happen to my old CJ7 with Scout axles.

Yep, kick it or hammer it with a BFH if you don't care about the rim or tire.

Or grab your ex by the ankles and use them as a hammer.

I'll try again tomorrow...I'm too tired...I walked the big parts yard today for 4 hours...carried out a new wheel off a Blazer with the tire still stuck to it...went and had the tire removed and the rim checked...and it was bent:doah::doah::doah::doah:

Well, you could always just go for a drive......Bet it won't make it around the block...

Plus, once again, I am ashamed of the folks here. This is the 9th post dealing with something stuck, and again its up to me to state the obvious.......

There are actually 7 lugnuts on those model blazers. When your post count reaches 500 you will recieve a private message from a mod informing you of where it is.

seriously dont waste your effort kicking it. run the lugs back on 3/4 of the way or so. set the truck back down on its weight start it up saw the steering wheel back and fort lock to lock. you'll know when its come loose.

I had one stuck so bad it took 20+ hits with a 13 lb sledge to get it to break loose. Not gonna be using that rim anymore... :doah:

i work at a tire shop and i get this problem pretty often on mercedes. What i normally do is i put one lug on 1/4 or so by hand. Then get a sledge hammer and hit it sideways on the bottom of the TIRE, Not the rim. It will apply more force since your hitting farther away from hub kinda like a lever. Never had a wheel not come off but then again we dont deal with anything bigger than one tons.

With my CJ7, that didnt do a thing. I even drove it a little bit.:haha:

It was the shock load of kicking it that broke it free.

Maybe if the wheel was wedged, but just back and forth on pavement didnt help any.

Lay a floor jack on it's side against the opposit tire and get a peice of wood. Put the wood between the jack and the stuck wheel and start jacking. It will come off!:waytogo:

Or a hi Lift, from one side tire to the other.

Put a wood block between the tire and the frame and turn the steering wheel.
