Wheeled the White Knight today!!

How do I play multiplayer, tried IP but it doesnt work. Is there a patch? /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif
 
<font color="green"> I've gotten up Mammoth with a couple of the vehicles, but the IRC Cruiser is the best truck for that map from what I've seen. It was made by the same guy that did the map, and made specifically for that map. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif The 4x4 Bonfire is prety good too though. I tried the White Knight for a few hours, but that thing tips over way too easy in any direction... </font>
 
You know, I've downloaded that game I don't know how many times and I still can't get it to install /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif
 
It doesn't really install like other games...Just unzip the downloaded file into a folder and thats it. Atleast thats what I did. Find the game .exe in the folder and go for it. /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif
 
I know what kind of a download it is.....I always get some error message when I try to play /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
 
Ohhh....I thought you were sayin it wouldn't even install. Whatis the error message?
 
Ok, if i press the launcher.exe, the launcher window pops up and I press Play 1NSANE button is get this error: Error Launching 1NSANE. If i press the game.exe i get these 2 errors: The GAME.EXE file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL:DirectDrawCreateEx., and C:\\Windows\Desktop\Insane\Game.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning.

<font color="green"> The game I have has a registry setup program, it just puts the correct entries into the registry so the machine knows how to launch the program. I can email the setup file to you if you want, sound like your might be missing. </font>
 
Well, I learned something while at Willyswanters place watching him play this game. I've been using a game pad thing to play the game with. Works pretty good, kinda like an X-Box controller. Jason uses a full steering wheel and pedals set up. Made me look stoooooopid!!!! lol....The gas and brake pedals are proportional, unlike the gas and brake on the control pad or buttons on the key board which are either on or off. The pedals on Jasons set up are just like the real thing. Went right up Mammoth Mountain like it was a paved highway.
Oh yeah, I did finally make it up that trail, with the IRC Cruiser. Never could do it with the White Knight.
 
I've made it up every trail on IRC_1 with the S-10 Peanut! It definately rocks! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
I have downloaded some cars but I cannot open them. I get a corrupt or missing message. I can do maps just fine any ideas?

Hey, did you get the email with pics of the entrance to that "End of the Road" trail in IRC?

Got the email, haven't made it through there yet. Have you hit the air bridge on top yet? Isn't that where the end of the road trail stops? I did get the Insane Trek. Fought it and fought it last friday with no luck, then sat down yesterday and walked it like I was going to the 7-11 for a slushy /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

Cliffhanger was the last one I did, kinda a let down in the Peanut. Doing them in the Blue Knight K5 was a LOT more challenging /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
