anyone have any traditions they like to do before hitting the trails??i was just talking to someone about this the other day...like amping your self up or anything?i like to listen to really hard music (usually slipknot) on the way to the trail then it goes off once i get on it...the guy i was talking to says he throws up once then goes and $hits and he is good to go...

anyone else??

Starting my rig and pulling it onto the trailer, amps me up pretty good.

i ment like on the drive to the trail...ive talked to a few people and they are weird about this stuff...some say they always were the same shirt..i dunno most do the same thing just dont relize it like air down tires, look over the truck,ect...i just didnt know if there is anything out of the ordinary that some of yall did

Same shirt?:haha: Kinda funny....The only routine for me is checking the rig over, and making sure I have the usual trail stuff.

Other than that, I will listen to Rage against the machine, slipknot......sh!t like that. I cant wait to hook up some tunes in the trail rig.

I usually wear the same shirt, its a black shirt with a Punisher skull on it. Its like 8 years old so the skull is pretty worn but that makes it look cooler

On what?:wink1:

Actually since I trailer my mall crawler to the trailhead most of the time on the longer distance trips I'd assume I sound like fockin' Rainman to whole time praying that my 1/2 ton crap doesn't break and leave me stranded. Has worked so far.:D

i spend the whole time trying to remember if i tightened all the bolts, then I spend the reat of the trip deciding what non tight bolts are acceptable, then I drive home wondering how long said bolts or parts will hold up, then park the truck...and do it all over again.:D

eventually one of those bastards will let you know his name though:D

If I know I'm going wheeling that day, I'll usually try to take a good $h!t in the morning, does that count as a tradition? Don't want to go out and use natures bathroom if I don't have to. Other than that it's basicly hit the gas station and go.

If I don't know I'm going wheeling, but someone calls and asks if I want to go...then it's hit the gas station to fill up.

I DD my K5, so it's ready to go at anytime.

I tape the reciept of every time i go wheeling in one year to the 1/4 window on the drivers door and it has the date on it. I also listen to ride the lightning every time i drive my truck because I cant get the cd out of the cd player and its a good cd so i just listen to it every time i drive the truck. I always eat at the same taqueria every time when im done wheeling as well.

First of all awesome cd! :saweet: I once had an Ozzy cd stuck in my cd player. After about 3 months of listening to it I finaly decided to take it appart to get it out. It actually worked when I put it back toghether too.
