I hear this whining noise from the side of the engine, I havent tightend the header bolts since I installed them so i'm guessing the whining is from the leaking header? eh?

When a header leaks, does it sound like its crying and needs attention?

Whining? My new altenator makes a whining noise at idle and thats normal and when my header bolts got loose they made a ticking noise.
I bet it's your alt. making the whining and if you hear a ticking noise or you can hear a definant exhaust leak under throttle than its the headers.
