When did fenders change?

What year did the front fenders change on a Chevy? 73 to ??? I know the 80's have a different style grill/fender/headlight bezel...but are the fenders the same as a 73?

-80. 81 saw the entire front clip change. checked again and previous was wrong sorry

1981. The two styles are '73-'80 and '81-'87, and up to '91 for K5 and Subs.
