When performing a compression test should I remove all spark plugs?

When performing a compression test should I remove all spark plugs? Or can I leave the other spark plugs in?
 
yes you want have the greatest cranking speed you can get. Leaving any plugs in skews the results. Also wedge the throttle wide open. Be sure you have a fully charged battery
