when welding in new rockers do I start from the middle and go out?

The middle of the rocker will be plug welds. The outer sides on the door jam will be butt weld.

Make sure cab is square and doors fit good . Then keep checking as you go .

Tack the front and rear so it stays put. Then test the door to check fitment.

I started with the two most inner plug/spot welds (near center), then I clamped where the outer plugs would go, then I butt welded the front a rear alternating between each to spread the heat.
