just buy some bling marine-grade canvas and have the wife crank out a top for ya. I never liked the look of the Besttop.. and a Canback is like $1000 (wtf?!?!). bah! Simple top wouldn't be tooo hard to crank out.

yeah, last time I heard they were just over $1k. Like $1049 or something. Call me crazy, but that seems stupid high. Its a few pieces of bent tube and a piece of canvas... and it costs more than a stock Dana 60? yeah, ok!!!

$1,200 - Bronco, Blazer (includes side-panel windows) for the Can-back, and they don't do '69-'75 years and they don't fold all the way down.

STC numbers are "Temporarily disconnected" now, anyone know if they were actually bought and if they plan to re-open. Last I heard some guy in Texas? Anyone?

CAN-BACK stuff is nice . They used a lot of stainless hardware and SUNBRELLA canvas but priced waaayyy out of control. Ifound a nice lady in pomona ca. I skeched out an idea and she made it for a fraction of the cost CAN-BACK wanted .... find someone in your area who makes canvas awnings for store-fronts and draw up a design ,it's not too hard.
