Where can I find this part????

Have my HVAC system taken apart. Found the diverter valve link connector snapped in two. Imagine that...Also found the white plastic clip that connects the mode door rod to the blend door lever broken. The rod is on top of the suitcase. I've searched around and can't find it. Does anyone on this site know where to order hvac system small parts other than the dealership? I could get one from a boneyard but the AZ heat is not kind to plastic parts.

I made my own replacement plastic clip out of some 5/16 steel tube.

I am going to fab up my own clip for the diverter door. I found a lock rod clip that might work for the sync rod above the suitcase, otherwise it's to the boneyard I go.

I read your post on the diverter valve link connector replacement you did. That is definitely one clean K5 you got there. She's lookin damn good Would ya happen to know where to purchase the clips that secure the transfer rod that are located on top of the air box?

Found a GM lock rod clip that will work for the diverter door to blend door transfer rod @ clipsandfasteners.com. I measured the thread pitch, rod diameter and the diameter of the hole in the lever that controls the blend door. This lock rod will work. It replaces p/n 16675980. Ordered it up and hope to have my HVAC system up before it breaks triple digits.
