Where can i find a set of cheap BLACK steelies that are 16.5x9.75 8 lug with 4in backspacing? Summit has em in that exact size but they are white. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?

Try U.S. Wheel. They have this one http://uswheel.com/wheel.cfm?category=59 . Its almost what you want but 4.75 bs. They may have what you need if you give them a call.
