i need the little three wire plug that goes into the lower part of the wiper motor. mine is wore out and only makes contact intermitenly (real fun on the pass in the snow)

no luck with LMC or online yet. i'm going to look at the junkyard, but i really don't want another old one...

Jason, check the auto parts house like napa. I've been lucky and found a few replacement plugs brand new there.

found a decent one out of the u-pull it yard here. its still kinda funky cause i can wiggle the plug and make the motor cut in and out. (brand new motor from napa) we"ll see how how this one fairs...

You know you can tighten these plugs, you have to take the cover off and slightly pinch the connectors.
I have some good ones here from truck I parted that were low miles and the plugs still look good if you can't find new.

i thought about that. wasn't sure at what point i'd break the little contacts. i was surprised that all the plugs i looked at had a lot of play in them- meaning the the contacts move in and out with in the plastic houseing a good bit. i picked the one that the contacts looked the tightest in. still, could be a better designed plug imo...

The contacts have to be a little lose in there, they are supposed to be pushed in to lock with a tab that holds them in, you can pry on that tab to pull out again, with that kind of design it has to move to work.
As long as the contacts are tight on each other the plastic is just to cover and isolate elerctrically.
These are not weather proof covers.:D

I'll second that napa can order many plugs.

But see if you can adjust the contacts in the plug.

Dielectric grease never hurts either.
