We have a 1990 Blazer plow rig that has only 80k. The bad news is that at least 75k were spend in Wisconsin. The fuel lines are now rusting in various places and I may as well just replace them all. I checked LMC and Classic parts and nothing there. Any suggestions?

Make new ones. Buy a roll of 3/8 tube and a roll of 5/16 tube from your local parts store, they come in 25' rolls. Then buy 6' each of 3/8 and 5/16 rubber fuel hose. Bend up the steel lines and put bubble flares where the rubber hose will meet it. Problem solved. Oh, don't forget hose clamps.

If your looking for OEM stuff, but in stainless...Inline tube has em.

Thanks Zimmer! I ordered all the lines this am.

Its the best was when the dealersip said they had exhaused all efforts and they were just going to just make new ones but didnt know what the cost would be. I told them to hold off until I shop it out to the Ck5 brotherhood. Now I know exactly the cost and the delaership wants more info on this site.

Yeah, I feel special....

I've had real good dealings with them.

Good luck with em all Joe

On a similar note. The inline tube site didn't have our years Blazer parts congruent with other parts sites as far as selection. At first they said he couldn't get the the 90 blazer fuel lines since he didnt have a pattern. I told him I thought they were the same in 89-91. He did have the option for an 89 full size pattern. He wanted me to check the dealership to be sure and he would change his site. I knew they added rear abs in 90 but i didnt figure that could change the fuel lines.

Anyhow you helped both of us in this exercise. If you felt six pack special you should now feel 12 pack special. :waytogo: Cheers!

I guess I should leave this to be confirmed by the brotherhood as it is more knowledgeable than most dealerships. The fuel lines are the same in 89-91 right? What are it the other year breakdowns so this guy can update his site.

ive heard one or two bad things about inline tube, but ive always had good luck with them. They arent perfect, but are damn close.

AFAIK the lines are the same from 87-91.

Inline tube has a great product. I used the stainless on the 78 K5 and it was a great fit.
