Where can I get one of these?

I was taking apart my np-203 low range box yesterday and I found a damaged part. One of the washers that goes on either side of the idler gears was cracked and I don't want to re-use it. Here's a picture of the good one:

Now I do have another np-203 range box that I could tear apart to get the needed washer, which I will probably do for now. But I would like to get another washer in case I decided to use my 2nd np203 range box for another project further down the road. So where can I get one of these, or is there someone out there that has one they would sell to me?

Did you give Off Road Design a call yet? I was able to get a set of idler gear shims for an NP205 from them after I buggered up a set.
Hell, I think they also offer a rebuild kit just for the NP203 range box.

I think im going to call them today. I have a rebuild kit from NWF but these washers aren't part of the rebuild.

Did you check with NWF? They may sell them separate or be able to tell you where to get one.

Just hit up your local tranny shop. They should have some for you. Most tranny shops have a bucket or two or three of good used parts.

Thanks for all the help guys, my brother talked to one of his friends. He's got a couple np-203s that he was going to scrap, so instead he's going to give them to me
