I need something that comes in two parts that will fasten around my roll bar (and not scar it up) that will hold up my lightbar.

Where can I get square tubing locally and also roll bar clamps / holders

And need square tubing like the lightbar...not sure if it is 2" x 2" or what. I know it is 53" long.
Would two galvanized conduit clamps be too ugly for your purpose,or do you prefer the billet type ?...
You could use a hunk of rubber like an inner tube as a scratch preventer between the clamp and pipe..
A friend with a ramp truck used stainless steel muffler clamps to fasten his rotary beacon bar to the round headache rack on the bed..
As for the tubing,you can try googling "Steel,new & used" and put in your zip code or town's name and if any places exist they should show up...being a scavenger,I accumulate some square tubing, (light gauge,1/8" not trailer hitch stuff 1/4"
thick) from things discarded like old treadmills and exercize machines people put out to the curb for free scrap..

Lowes and Home Depot only sell tubing in up to 4' lengths generally. You'll therefore wanna find a local specialty metal place. If Googling doesn't find anything for you, shoot me a PM with your ZIP code and I'll see if I can find anything near you.

thanks, that's exactly what i was looking for, just didn't know what they were called.
I was driving to Lowes today and saw a Metal Fabrication & Welding sign that I had never seen before...and they were open. I got a piece of steel 1.5 inch tube custom cut to 53" for $5 bucks

That's a good price for somewhere like Lowes
it wasn't lowes, it was an independent welding shop. Lowes doesn't sell anything that big.
Largest square tube Lowe's sells near me is 1",and a 4 foot length is about 25 bucks after tax...
That is why I scrounge scrapyards,craigslist free ads, or the local small machine shop when I need steel stock--bought a 3 foot hunk of 1" round stock for my plow pins at the machine shop for 10 bucks,the cheapest "retail" store was Tractor Supply,at 30 bucks plus tax..and the store is 10 miles away,I am 2 miles from the machine shop,and a few scrapyards..(but the yards now balk at letting anyone behind the gates to "shop"due to insurance regulations now)..
