Where can I get this part?

Hello,
The Hard lines coming from the top of the oil filter (oil lines) where can I get those Or is there a way to get that high pressure clamp off?

hydraulic hose places can build those for you, but I think they need the fittings on the ends to adapt. Much cheaper than the dealer if they are still available.
