Well, depends on your counter monkey. The NAPA's here are all staffed by arrogant dorks, they're as bad as Kragen... and we've a local chain that REALLY knows their chit, so I only deal with them.
Anyway, if you give them the OTC number they may say "Oh, this?" ... or you can hunt around, find one Ebay, whatever. if you're REALLY good with the grinder, you might be able to make one from a socket ... but I sucked at it when I tried =))
