Where does this O-ring go in an np205?

Also, I assume that the star-shaped seals go on the end of the yoke where the nut holds the yokes on the shaft, correct?

You are correct about the serrated washers position. The O-ring I have no idea where it goes but my best guess it possibly the speedo adapter thingy. I have rebuilt 4 205's now and never seen an O-ring like that yet.

I have seen many so called 205 rebuild kits that had additional 203 gaskets and other items in it - that being said , the o-ring looks like the one that goes on a 203 range box shift rail mechanism . HTH , Tom

To the best of my knowledge, and I don't know the application, but it would go on the input shaft to help seal out fluid from the tranny.

That right Waxer Called it
ITs the O ring for the front male 27 spline out put
to help stop tranny fluid from getting in - threw from cyntrifical force from the tranny - coupler
