where does the body flex?

i was washing my truck today and noticed alot of dents in the roof, most of the time when i'm wheeling i can hear metal popping and it sounds like it's coming from the roof but i'm not sure.
so is that the weak point in the body? if so after i do the body and paint how do i keep this from happening again, a roll cage?

My blaze roof pops when wheelin....just kinda got used to it, and filling the seams after they crack.

Only way to fix it is to make a cage that is tied in with the frame, or reinforce the frame and crossmembers enough so that the frame can't flex.

The body just isn't rigid enough to hold the flimsy frame solid, even with poly body mounts.
