gone fishin!!!

Just got back from salmon fishing in n.y. and stripper fishing on the Jersey coast. Now I have time to install my wood bed in the jimy!

Trying to figure out how i can get more time and money to "finish" the blazer.

yeah send some of that finish my way!!! still trying to figure out the heck is up with this damn fuel guage and picking a color.

"finish"

yeah. I could use about a 55 gallon container of that "finish" you're talking about. I just bit the bullet and pulled the front half of my truck off!!! Well I guess that makes my project even longer. :eek1:

But pulling the clip can make stuff so much easier to work on - definitely worth the effort and it goes back on pretty easy. Except for me, I pulled mine to help get the 307 out and put the 454 in, then when it came off, well, it was just too good of an opportunity to fix some rust, and then was just too good of an opportunity to fix more rust, and then paint and then, well you know, the never ending project took off.

"finish"

You,re totally right! Do I hate bumper bolts or what? It did come off relatively easy. My only problems are fixing 2 broken exhaust manifold studs, fixing area under battery tray on the inner fender, and finding a supplier for the broken cage nuts on the inner fender. Actually, I,ve got more because I removed the front end to fix the rusty floorboards. This guy before me just sandwiched the rusty metal between his top and bottom patches so I have twice as much work, I'm glad I like doing this stuff! Hopefully I've shoveled up my last pile of rusty metal and dirt off my workshop floor. Later...
