Have you checked LMC?

They are only a dress item as far as I know. They are not that thick and only came on the Silverado version. Unless some one can point me as wrong?

I checked LMC, Classic Industries and Chevy Duty with no dice.

My Custom Deluxe came with them as well but you're right it's just a thin, shiny trim piece.

I don't know that I'd run the top without something between the bolt head and the fiberglass, though. At least a fender washer to keep the bolt heads from digging in.

yea mine had the big washer then the bolt. Some times you see them on ebay. If I was in Ohio I might be able to find some but out here no clue.
