Greg hit it on the head. Even if he had already spent everyone's money, if he admitted it and communicated with all involved and tried to work out some form of payment -- even if it took time, he would not have nearly as many enemies now.
I know a guy whose partner embezzled a bunch of money from their business and left him holding the bag. He had to file for bankruptcy, but he spent the next ten years paying off everyone he owed – even though he wasn’t legally required to. Now he walks around the same area, with a new version of the same business and everyone continues to like and respect him.
I imagine that Mike could overcome a lot of the bad feelings if he would just publicly explain what happened and try to repay those that he hurt.

His business had serious issues. I'm sure didn't want for it to turn out that way, but he never anticipated his parts would have the popularity that they did.

well like i said before , i am sure he was good guy at
one time , but he lost it all and the only way to get it
back is to pay up. you an many others did get their product
for a while, but just put your self in our shoes, we didnt.
oh , and if he was my friend and screwed a bunch of other friends . he would be a freind no more. period , i wouldnt give a rats ass what he did in the past.
i sent him $94.00 for my flip kit. it cost him probably
about $30.00 worth of material and labor to make it.
since he never made my flip kit , he should now have
$93.00 still in the bank. now if you multiply that by
everyone else who didnt get their product and that is including all the other people with even other more expensive items.

I can mabe under stand not getting the parts he made but what abought the stuff others made for him I ordered parts from him that TonyP made thier is no reason my I shouldnt have gotten those parts he should have made the order right then and sent tony the cash but it never happend their is only one exuse for this he is a thief. I also post on his web site that when the last part he had in stock was sold he would not sell any more making it sound like the parts were already thier evidently this was a lie and he once more stolle are money. all I know is I lost 300 from him and If I dont get legal satisfaction I will be taking a vaction some day and paying him a visit. The thing that scared him out of off roading was the simple fact that he may and probly will run in to some one he ows money isnt man enought to face up to us. I think it is a sad day that he can claim bankrupsy to hide the fact that he stole our money. He never intended to pay us back or provide the parts other wise why lie abought having them in stock and I still have not seen any thing from this so called other party that will be filling the orders that he listed on the web site if this was true why did they not send out a formal letter to us threw email or adress he does have a shipping adress for us. Once again it was a lie to try and strech it out as ling as he could and keep it from looking like he was any thing but a theif. He knew when he started to get in trouble that he could stop selling his product any time but he wanted the cash so he kept taking orders nothing exspt a refound of my money or the product on my door step will convice me other wise. And if any one would like a copy of an email from him telling me that every thing I ordered exept the shakle flip came from other venders Ill be glad to send you a copy. the fact I paid for somthing others on this board make and they never got the money proves that he just plain old took my cash with no intentions of me ever getting any thing I ordered. That all I have to say abought that. If any one that got ripped off reads this and would like to send me an e-mail so I have a list of what when ware please send it to [email protected] My next step will be to try to take this to a small claims court I dont see how we dont have enought info to prove he never intended to fill our orders.

i know that alot that lead to what happened was that his home owners assoc cracked down on him for doing work in his garage, and stopped letting him do it, so alot of work had to be sent out
