Where is my horn relay 1991?

I have read a few threads but have yet found anything. can anyone tell me about where my horn relay is. I think it might be above the hazard blinker? also if anyone knows i really would like to know which (color) wire goes to the steering column?

The horn relay is located inside the truck on the firewall above the brake or gas pedal.. can't remember which...in a separate junction block. Its the same block your key in ignition noise maker is.
