Earlier I posted about a 73 that wouldn't idle. Well after changing almost every bolt on including plugs,wires, vacum lines, EGR, cap and rotor and modual, vacum modual to the tranny,fuel pump and filter, adjusting the timeing and carb it still is not right. Thanks for all the suggestions and I have tried almost all of the fixes. One thing that I failed to mention was that the over-flow bottle from the radiator has to be refilled daily. The motor never runs hot but at times it will spike to 220 then drop to 180 almost immediatly. Could this be a head gasget issue??
