where the regulator ends and the window...

hey,

the metal channel at the bottom of the rear electric window in my truck is rusting out and the "u" channel is falling apart. The window wont stay clamped into the channel. My question is - is this channel considered as a seperate piece or part of the "window regulator"?

reccomendations on where to order replacement?
