Where to buy a 95D31 (JIS) battery ?

Would anyone have an idea on where I could buy a 95D31 battery ? It's from a takeuchi excavator. I grabbed a 31A battery from TSC and it's too wide by about 3/4". I'm looking on the Fleet Pride website and it looks like they're the same as the 31A I have.
I'm afraid I'll have to pay crazy shipping to get this thing from Japan or get screwed by a Tak dealer.
Anyone know where to get odd ball Japanese batteries ?

Yea they all reference a group 31, which it is not. Close but too big.

All google gives me is spec sheets. I found one for sale on Alibabba for $4400. There's a li- ion one on ebay for $600, although I'm a little nervous to put a no name li-ion battery in my machine. I'm afraid it will burn it to the ground.

I guess I'll have to take a long ride to the dealer.

I doubt it.
31 and 31a are different sizes

Jic and bci are different sizes close but not enough.
Jic have always been hard to get in the USA, really only come in the equipment new.
Personally I would make a bci fit, this problem isn't going to go away on the next battery.
Have you looked at Optima's 31 marine dual purpose not quite the same foot print as a reg bci31

I'd make one that's easy to obtain fit if you're going to keep it for any length of time.

After wasting most of the day on this, I believe a group 27 will fit. They were all sold out so I can't say for sure.
Slightly lower CCA, although I think it will be fine.
I was looking at making it fit. Not impossible but it would have been a good amount of work. If the group 27 doesn't fit I may not have an option.
