Where to buy Leaf Spring Bushings

I need a few oddball sized Leaf Spring Bushings. Anyone know where I can order individual bushings at?

First choice for me would be Kert @ DIY4X (www.diy4x.com)... he loves onesies and weird orders.

If he can't get 'em, there's always ORD (www.offroaddesign.com) but small & strange orders don't always get their priority.

I figured ORD or DIY would have them, just wanted to check. Well I need a 1 3/8" bushing that can take a 9/16" bolt. Also, with a 1/2" shoulder on each end. Basically a stock front bushing but 1 3/8" and takes a 9/16" bolt....that makes sense to me, hopefully it makes sense to you.

Without looking, is that for the back end of the front springs, so you can use the same size bolt on a hogged out holder like ORD's FUSH or DIY4X's Front Shackle Frame Eye Hanger?I did that by hand back before it was a commercial product, and I do believe I got mine from ORD ... then again, mine don't have the fat shoulder, 'cuz I just welded flat stock (1/4"?) inside my (homemade) shackles.

Anyway, point being that given that these modified hangers are an off-the-shelf item (now, grr, why weren't they when I did my 52"s? :haha: ) you should be able to get stuff for them or like them more easily.

Well I put 63's in the rear of my K5 and now I am taking my old rears and moving them to the front. I am sure you are aware that the front spring bushings are much different than the rear. So, I cut the old bushings out and need new ones of the size I stated above so I can put them in the 52's and run them. :D

Yup, I'm running 52"s up front. As I said, rather than the thicker shoulder on the bushing, though, I did steel on the shackles...

IIRC, Kert sells a 1/4" washer laser cut for this very purpose...

very bottom item.

ANYWAY, while this may be helpful for others, if you wanna go the route of a thick bushing (which actually is slicker, IMHO), I'd call Kert. Which is what I said to begin with so I'm now beating a dead horse ;)

Unfortunatly, I totally missed that on Kurt's page and already cut mine out :doah:. So looks like I have no choice now, thanks for the help by the way.
