I finally founf out why the right-rear end of the truck is riding too high. The rear spring perch on the axle looks like it got smashed down. This is causing the rear end of the spring to rotate up farther than the other side.
I see references to people finding factory style new perches, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Anyone know where I can find these? I'd go with aftermarket, but the other side looks perfect and I'll probably not be very rough on the suspension so stock is ok for now.
