Where to buy the spindle for a spare tire hinge?

Does anyone know where to get one and about how much they cost? I have all the metal. I just need that in order to put it all together.

Trailer supply house or manufacturer. If not there are places on the net that sell them too.

You can pick those up and farm supply type stores for 6-7 bucks around these parts. Bearings and all right next to them in the same aisle.
