Not sure about the receiver part but performance offroad center or PORC over at Pirate has those 3/4" d-Rings opn sale for $8.99..pretty sure they are US made..he said they were a real good quality. It's a toll free number so that's a plus /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Actually I am more looking for the reciever mount then the shackles themselves. I can get shackles local but I was looking for the reciever and the local shop wants $40 for the Warn. The reciever is USA but the shackle is China.
