My seats need to be replaced and it seems NOONE makes seats that will fit. Anyone else replaced the seats and where did you find them?

Are you talking about the stock seats? I changed mine out for PRP's on modified stock brackets.

Some angle iron, a welder, and went to the scrap yard, got some buckets from a cavi Z24.

I used seats from an 03 silverado with the integrated seatbelts. Had to brace the floor. Don't want the seat bolts ripping through the floorboard in a collision.

I was thinking aftermarket but I am cheap so i may just find one from a junkyard and reapholster it. But I am really looking for something aftermarket.

you working in a K5 or a pickup. If its a pickup Im having a problem finding seats that will fit, my current seats are too big & bulky, if its a K5 look at procar seats (assuming you arent wanting some suspension seats or something like that). I was lookin into them until I realized they were only a little smaller than the ones I have now.

Procar huh? I'll check into that and see. Do they require adapter brackets or are they a direct bolt in?

they sell the adapter brackets for them. There are some nicer brands but those kinda fit into my price range and I sat in a buncha different ones at a carshow a couple months ago.

I'm trying to find some seats (or at least a driver's seat) for my '87 Blazer and from what I can tell, there are no other seats that will bolt in. I emailed some local upholstery shops and was quoted $130-150 to redo one seat so that's probably what I'll do (assuming I don't find something at the junkyard that's nicer).
