What are some good websites to buy a stock or chrome steering column for a '86 blazer? Mine is starting to feel loose plus there is a short in it that keeps on blowing my horn/interior light fuse. I bet I could go the rest of the year without changing it out. But it would be nice to see prices so I could start saving. Or would it just be best for me to find a junker blazer and take it out of that? What are my options......I DON'T WANT TO REBUILD IT
Thanks
Adam

Unless you got some $$ I would just go grab one at a junkyard. Of course IDIDIT and flaming river make some nice looking stuff.

I have bought 2 columns from this guy.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/88-9...016QQitemZ260214500197QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

They are used, but He rebuilds them. Both I have bought from him are still working good.
Last time i got one from him was over a year ago. I see he still has good feedback.
Before you buy. Call him at the number listed on the auction. He is easier to deal with over the phone than Email. That way you will be sure get the right colum

No guarantee another used one is going to be better. There is no rebuild necessary, fix the loose tilt and the frayed wires, good to go.
