If you're talking about the double-ended bolt-in mount for the top of the rear shocks, they come with new shocks. Of course that's assuming you buy new shocks that were meant for the application. I always save my spare mounts, since I've been known to break a few. They don't look the same as the stock bolt that just sticks through.
You wouldn't happen to have the part number would you? I tried the one up the road from me and they said they didn't have it. A picture would even be nice...no websites have the exact one anywhere, just the bolts that are part of the shocks.
I don't have the NAPA number, but I can check with my store and try to get the number for you.
I would think most parts stores will sell them? The most common are made by Dorman. Check the "HELP" section of your local stores.
