Where to I put holes in my box???

Does anyone have a diagram where I need to drill and tap my 2wd steering box for my hydro assist? I am hoping to do it tonight if I can find out where to drill it!

The dodge trucks use the same box. I just drilled and tapped mine on Monday after work.
