got a set and trying to figure out where to mount them and a wireing diagram for them. any pics. thanks.

i cut holes in the plastic piece below the bumper and mounted mine there, that was a couple of years ago, depends on how big your lights are. you could mount them behind the grill in front of the radiator.

Wiring diagram? :haha:

There are two single green wires that go to little black plastic boxes behind the grill on both ends, splice into those for the white wire and run the black wire to your mounting bolt.

got them all done already. put them behind the grill. and the wireing i was asking about was to use a relay.

I know you got it done but I like my set up.

The wiring info you seek can be found here http://coloradok5.com/wiringlights.shtml

looks good. i got mine from a friend and he had them mounted on a push bar like yours but chrome, i hooked them up behind the grill upside down to the top of where my hood latch is .they are the big round kind that look like the kc's.

I had a set of daylighter knock-offs, actually blazer brand, anyways those things got pretty hot after being on for a while. Do your's? and if they do, does it affect your grille at all? I'd like to get a nice set of spot lights and considered putting them behind the grille.

had them kind on a astro van i had one time and forgot i had the covers on them and some how i had the toggle switch on and melted the covers right off them. the ones i have on now are right against the backside of the grill, not hot yet cause all ive did is aim them. its too cold out to mess with them tonight.
