Where to purchase these?

Look up the part number in the parts manual and google the part number. Probably not, but always worth checking. Sometimes even if not sold by GM anymore, you'll see the disco'd part on ebay.

Dumb ? but only saw service manuals in your sig. Did I miss something? I would be glad to look, I even scan through the service manual little bit ago.

Scroll down further. It lists the parts manuals, they are in a range of years.

Not sure if those links will work going direct, but they are in the post of the link I posted before if not. You need/want both the part number and illustration catalog, on some of the parts that had multiple variations the diagram will only show the group number, not the part number. For what you are talking about here the illustration catalog should do you, don't think there was any change to it. Regardless, handy to have these, and you never know when links will die. :)

FYI I did find these on page 15 of the LMC book marked edition CSB.56 (For Blazers and Suburbans). It's on the top right panel under hood componenets, Item # 6 which is LMC Part #30-3802 for the LH and 30-3803 for the RH. They are called Hood Hinge Deflectors (assuming because they deflect water and trash out of the hinge/cowl.

They are 19.95 each and they also sell the screws for them if yours are rusty. Alternatively, I got a gallon of Evaporust and some containers to soak the bolts in and they turned out great. I'm going to take some small wire brushes from a gun cleaning kit and go through all the thread holes I can fit them in to help clean the other side of the threads with some machinist oil or something aws well.

Hoope that is helpful
