Where to splice in relay for faster windows?

Picking up a new window motor for drivers side tomorrow cuz it totally locked up. If lubed tracks and new motor doesn't speed things up i'm going to do the relay mod but don't know where to splice them in, figure its somewhere in the door panel, cuz its the only place i can do it


But i would like some more info and some pics i can see

And anything i might need to know during the mod that would be usefull, allready have panel off.


Was going to clean the gunk out of the switches, but there so brittle can't risk breaking plastic to get into them.

Or any cons for doing the mod that you guys have found were trouble. Thanks guys

still not clear thats why i posted, saw that thread thats what made me think of it. Just wanted to see some more pro's and cons. Putting in new motor so hopefully i won't need to mess with a relay. who knows. thanks any how
