where to start *pics added*

maybe this should be in the bodyshop, but oh well. ive been DDing my 71 K5 for a while now and id like to legitify it a bit. i know it needs new body mounts, new rocker panels, need to put new door panels and armrests on, all of these parts i have, but, i need new floorboards, and need to pull a few dents.

where would you start? I'm almost feeling a build thread coming on. will get pics tomorrow.

Definitely start with new body mounts since that is the foundation that everything else works off of. I'm sure the more knowledgeable guys will chime in on what metal replacement should be done first.

one of the PO's obviously had a thing for aluminum foil... al of the body work that has been done has been over this tinfoil and is crap now. plus, i really dont like the mirrors on it, so that is a must also.
