Which Dash Pad

I have a 1983 K-5 Blazer I am refurbishing piece by piece. I want to purchase a new dash bad and have narrowed it down to two choices;

W8191701 - 1981-91 GM Truck OEM Style Dash Pad -Black from Classic Industries for $329.99

38-8129-Bl Dash Pad from LMC for $339.95

Both say they are vacuum formed vinyl over foam materials.

Which one or is there a better alternative? I have not seen anyone selling an OEM part replacement, which may or may not be better than one of these?

Any thoughts or suggestions will be most welcome.

How's the fitment of the new dash pad? Does it fit like the original factory pad? I want to order one, but I keep reading bad reviews.

If your not worried about a stock look this is way better that a dash pad and not to much more $$$ for what your getting.

Have you considered using a cover instead of replacing the dashpad, it's a lot less $?

Just depends on what you want when it's all done and how much time and money you wanna spend.

I care about functionality and I like the looks of it. Also I'd like to totaly re wire my dash along with new gauges so it's not too much more work
