Okay, I've already had my boggers on for about a month now and it just dawned on me that I never checked to see which direction I should mount them in.

Which direction should the points in the tread face forward or backwards?

Is one way better for mud and the other better for the street?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Do what???

:screwy:

You mount them on in the forward direction for street and mud. I have heard mounting them backwards is better in sand since they won't dig as well but are extremely loud when backwards.
They go on this way...

The "v" is foward.
if ya are worried about boggers on the street ya need another tire.

The sidewall of the tire should be marked with the word rotation and then an arcing arrow.

Well dang, I guess my natural off roading "instincts" are what led me to mount them properly in the first place. The "V" is forward on mine, just like in the above picture. Thanks for the help.

Instincts? With them being a directional tire it is absolutely obvious which way they go on... :)

Well, Maybe you couldn't detect the bit of humor in my last post about my "instincts". But, My Super swamper boggers DO NOT have a direction of rotation arrow on the sidewall as required by DOT for tires with directional ratings. So, they are not true directional tires, and are DOT and UTQG approved to rotate in either direction.

I was simply asking the list which way I should mount them for best mud and offroad performance.
DIRECTIONAL TIRES ONLY

Refer to the "rotation arrow" branding on the tire's sidewall. The arrow indicates the direction in which the tire should turn

boggers are directional so I'd call Interco and see whats up with that. Unless... is the arrow on the inside side of the tires? I know what the arrow looks like, my IROKs have them.
