How did you get to be a member 14 yrs ago, but only have one post?
Either of those should work great as long as they match the port shape. Both are compressible type. Ive used the RA ones with great success, including on headers.

What Zim said. I use the composite only. Make sure your bolts do not bottom out. They need to be shorter than the stock. And retighten after a couple of heat cycles.
