the more I look to determine which bushings this truck needs the more confused I'm getting.

first off, these are the bushings each side of the truck needs, right?

front, Leaf spring, forward
front, Leaf spring, rear
front, shackle, upper
rear, Leaf spring, forward
rear, Leaf spring, rear
rear, shackle, upper

Assuming I got that far, are these the correct OD's for each?

front, Leaf spring, forward, 1.5"
front, Leaf spring, rear, 1.5"
front, shackle, upper, 1.5"
rear, Leaf spring, forward, 1.5"
rear, Leaf spring, rear, 1.5"
rear, shackle, upper, 1-3/8"

Is there a single kit that has all of these bushings (this is what I expected to find when I started searching)?

TIA

It would probably be easiest to call a vendor, tell them you need these bushings and then let them figure out which specific bushings you need. Keep in mind that spring eye bushings can be different sizes based on stock vs aftermarket springs. I don't think all aftermarket lift springs use the same bushings.

front shackle upper is 1 1/8

quick tutorial on how to check bushing dia. https://www.offroaddesign.com/greasable-rear-spring-and-shackle-bushing-kits-for-gm-trucks.html
that's so simple I feel dumb for not thikning of it myself.

Thanks for letting me know the front shackle bushing OD is 1-3/8". As you already knew, I couldn't measure that one while its still in the shackle.

This is what I got when I tried measuring the others myself:

front, Leaf spring, forward, 1.5"
front, Leaf spring, rear, 1.5"
rear, Leaf spring, forward, 1.75"
rear, Leaf spring, rear, 1.75"
rear, shackle, 1-5/16" (probably actually 1-3/8" since the rubber is a bit worn)

AFAIK these are the stock springs. Should I post pics here to be sure?

Looks like a set of these '86 K30 bushings would work for the rear of my blazer. When I search for '89 blazer all I'm seeing for the rear is 1.5", not 1.75"

Yeah you have to careful. The 88 up trucks 10 and 20, are totally different.
Best for mist things to use 87 k5

I think these will fit the front according to the fitment/application guides at every site i found that sells the ES 3.2130G4 kit:

Forgive newb question but, if the listed OD's (1-3/4" & 1-3/8") are the same as what I measured, what might not work? This place says the spring width for a 81-86 K30 is also 2.5" (I measured a 2.5" rear spring width on my Blazer).

Allow me to muddy up the water some…

Either 88 or 89 thru 91 squares had a change of hardware in the front spring, rear upper shackle bushing in the frame. The shackle bolt got bigger (3/8 to 7/16, iirc) so the OD is the same as older models but the ID is different.

i have been doing square builds for years from c-10 to k30 ........ trust my info . . measure the bushings before you order . been down this road and had fun figuring it out .

I didn't mean that the parts you listed were wrong. Just a general statement about part searching for an 89 square, the GMT400 truck 88 up muddies up the parts catalogs.

Thanks! Now I get it!

Is ORD the only place to get 43mm/1.7" bushings? They charge like 20% shipping.

I have the same 43mm/1.7" spring eyes you had back in 2011: Https://ck5.com/forums/threads/rear-bushing-frame-shackle-dimension.284329/

Took me forever to find that post.

The PO on my 89 jammed 1.75's in there.

I would think energy suspension have them. ORD is the only place I know to get the Kevlar infused bushings.

I'm having a really difficult time Searching for these 43mm/1.70" spring eye bushings. The kit with those and 1-3/8" shackle bushings from ORD is $100 + shipping. If I can't find anything else by tomorrow night I'm going to buy them.

AFAIK regular old polyurethane would be fine for my application.
