Which one of these trannys?

i would like to think you have a 205 for a 350 4 bolt pattern? is this correct? and if so get the tranny with the shortest output shaft . it sticks out about 3/4 " from back of case. p.s. thats a lot of money for a th350. what is your project, there might be a better choice than the big money tranny and help you put more in to the project.

Hello,
See the K5 Blazer that I bought came with a new 350 engine that runs great. and a new TH350 (Kinda) and a stock NP208 T-case that is ****ting the bed.
The TH350 had problems from day 1. Fluid leaked from the bellhousing area of the tranny. It got so low on fluid once that my parking gear kinda blew out.
I want to add a NEW TH350 and a NP205.
How much would you pay for a TH350?
Thanks
Adam

i had a friend build me a th350 with all big clutch packs and shift improver kit. it was then put in a long bed truck that tiped the scales at 6500lbs. held up just fine even with a built 400 sbc. thay can be had from autozone and advanced , plus other stores in vary simmiler setups for around 450-550 with convertor and warrentys. just a idea. and dont for get the 205 and 203 take the 3/4 " tail shaft and the 208 you have is longer. when you change from 208 to 205 your d shafts might need to be changed also. and the shifter is different.
