which specific brand and model for bearings and seals for rear axle

I'd appreciate any help determining which specific brand/models of bearings and seals to buy for my rear axle with RPO G80 in a 1989 blazer. The ring gear has the number 1235128 12 42 9 88 stamped in it. I want to replace the bearings and seals nearest the rear wheels, not nearest the differential. The rear axle is stock and everything in the rear axle is stock. I'm getting mixed results when searching amazon, rock auto, summit, ebay, and chatgpt. Maybe I need to just pull them out and measure (for time constraint reasons I'd prefer to avoid this)? If this has already been covered here I wasn't able to find the thread. Maybe National 6408 is the correct bearing for this application? TIA
 
The problem may be the general mixup of square vs GMT 400 from 87-91, but I don't know what changed with 10-bolts in those years. There was a change from 28-spline to 30-spline axles around 89, which changed the carrier and carrier bearings, but I wasn't aware of a change at the ends of the axle.

as it stands right now I'm going to pull the axles next week and measure
 
I might be wrong about this because it’s been so long since I worked in a shop from day to day but I seem to recall the axle/wheel bearings being upgraded to the old 12B size when the spline change happened in the carriers.
Seemed that even GM had to admit it and do something about the dismal 10-Bolts in full size trucks - too bad that the OEM 30-spline replacement carriers were prone to breaking after some mileage; those penny pinching bastards !
The “fix” provided just as many issues as the under engineered parts did.

When we would work on any 88~92 10-Bolt ( regardless of square or GMT-400 ) we would pull it apart first and verify before ordering parts or order both kinds and keep the other on the shelf because there WAS NO DOUBT that there was gonna be more 10-Bolt repair/replacement business in the near future.
They are just barely a step above a glorified S-10 rear 7.5” axle…
It just might be possible that I don’t hold the 8.5” 10-Bolts in high esteem…..
 
Randy's R&P has good quality bearings and rebuild kits. Dont use the Chinese bearings from local parts houses. Just had axle bearings replaced on my TJ and the shop grabbed some parts from O'Reilly. Right bearing spun in the housing and grenaded after 130 miles destroying the housing.

AutoZone has Duralast boxes with USA Timkins inside. Might be worth a check. Sounds like like they bought out old stock and re boxed them
 
last ones i saw years ago in them boxes had NO part #'s on them or brand names .
Autozone buys from any and every wholesaler, distributor or manufacturer, all depending on who’s pimp’n their stuff for the lowest dollar, and reboxes it all in their chosen name brands - sometimes it’s generic crap and other times ya get lucky and get some good name brand parts.

Rolling the dice….
 
I ordered my Timkens, Torringtons, and National for the front and rear axles when I rebuilt them for my '88. That was three years ago, they were all US made. I used a mixture of Rock Auto and Amazon. I still have all the old boxes and bearings stacked on the shelf.
