Jek... i didnt read all the posts in this thread so i maybe repeating... anyway

If you flip sides with the brackets, Then just move them back a little bit.. I moved mine back about an inch. I have been running them like this for a couple years now with no issue. After we get done with the cage, im gonna bring the truck home, Turn the 56"s around to stretch the wheelbase 4 inches in the back, that should help a lot in regards to moving the flip brackets backward.

My 56's are run backwards to increase my wheelbase by 4" and my stock shackle still would lock as in the pic.

ive never had my shackle stuck like that, and ive had it as stuffed as far as it will go... Like i said.. after you switch sides with the brackets. Move the bracket back an inch or so...

oops i just looked at your shackle angle... nm... looks about like mine... You got that shackle stuck? hmm
